A man was pepper sprayed by inside of a Ralphs after allegedly assaulting a woman who asked him to wear a mask.
According to witnesses, a store employee asked the man to put on a face mask, and he refused.
Right after took his shopping cart and began ramming it into the woman and that's when the worker pepper-sprayed him.
