Pandemic Insurance Won't Save Music Festivals

The COVID-19 pandemic is proving to be a total devastation to the music festival circuit. Most festivals like Coachella, Stagecoach and EDC have been canceled with hopes of returning in October, but the likelihood of that happening is getting slimmer. Insurance companies are working to assess the likelihood of a second wave of Coronavirus so they can price the liability for future policies. With most festivals not having coverage for a pandemic in their current insurance policies, they stand to lose millions. When the stay-at-home over is over, do you think you’ll feel comfortable being around large crowds?
