Listen, when this whole Corona Virus and Quarantine thing hit - people started stocking up on Toilet paper...of all things! I get it, we all use it and it's a necessity but it was crazy how much people were hoarding the rolls!
Well one Mom in a Facebook group gave a helpful hint on how to make a roll of toilet paper roll last longer!
She explained that if you flatten the roll before putting it on the holder, it will last longer!
In the message she wrote
โKids home from school? - "Going through toilet paper faster than usual? - "Try squashing the roll - so it doesn't spin so quickly and then not as much will be pulled off."
She basically explained that when the roll is regular, people and kids, tend to pull too much paper, but if it can't spin quickly, they will take less off!
Sounds right in my mind - if anyone tries this and notices a difference, let me know!!
