Covid-19 May've Been In California in Fall 2019, Study Investigates

Do you remember last fall when so many people got the "flu?"

There may be a chance that a portion of Californians have already had the COVID-19, according to researchers at Stanford Medicine. This study could help make the right decisions during the coronavirus pandemic and possibly help cure the world quicker! *hoping this really helps because I miss human-ing*

According to SFGate, "The team tested 3,200 people at three Bay Area locations on Saturday using an antibody test for COVID-19 and expect to release results in the coming weeks. The data could help to prove COVID-19 arrived undetected in California much earlier than previously thought. The hypothesis that COVID-19 first started spreading in California in the fall of 2019 is one explanation for the state's lower than expected case numbers.

Researchers are in no way saying that social distancing should stop, but this could help us get back to work and back to our "norm" sooner than later!

But please make sure you stay home, it's very important this week and next that we all stay home if we DON'T NEED to leave the house.
