This guy left his own evidence after he stole $500 from a caricature artist. This happened in Riverside at a Festival of Lights on Dec.5th but what was this guy thinking. I have so many questions? Did he know he was going to do this or was it something he saw right there and figured he can get away with it? This guy is an idiot!
