Well now she has been arrested! According to reports Iran police has arrested her on charges including blasphemy, inciting violence, gaining income through inappropriate means and encouraging youths to corruption. Sahar Tabar went by @sahartabar_officialx on Instagram, but her real name is Fatemeh Kh lied about getting 50 surgeries and later admitted her IG pics were achieved with makeup and editing.
Her IG account was deactivated after people found out she was lying, in an interview she said "Every time I publish a photo I make my face more fun. It is my way of self expression, a kind of art. My followers know that this is not my real face."
We're not sure exactly what Sahar has been up to but apparently complaints were made about her to the prosecutor's office.
