Why are people getting so upset at Disneyland?

According to reports, a 23-year-old tourist from Chicago punched a Disney worker in the face all because her FastPass wasn't valid for the Tower of Terror ride.
I mean it's a great ride, I've experience it myself, but I don't ever see myself attacking anyone for not letting me on!
According to reports, the woman started pushing buttons that could've affected the ride, the employee pushed her hand away, and the woman punched the Disney employee in her face!
Then her family began cursing at the employee and took off. Security tracked them down and now Disney officials say that woman has been ban from Disney!
No arrests were made because the employee didn't want to press charges.
