Songwriters don't always get the credit they deserve. Most of the time they'll make some dope music that won't reach the masses, and a bio with all their credits. That's what I saw with Mayila, a singer/songwriter from Ohio who wrote songs for Chris Brown, Ty Dolla Sign, Tinashe and Danileigh, and I felt she needed that recognition as a songwriter and as a solo artist.
