Nipsey Hussle's sister, Samantha Smith, wants to make sure his eldest daughter, Emani, is properly taken care of after his untimely passing so she has filed for guardianship. Nipsey Hussle had a strong connection with his family prior to his passing and his family and they want to make sure Emani is taken care of to the fullest.
According to reports, they believe that her mother is unable to provide a stable home.
A judge has not ruled on the guardianship request.
