Two Female Coaches Making Herstory in the NFL! [WATCH]

The glass ceiling when it comes to the NFL has broken a bit more on Wednesday as Tampa Bay becomes the first team to appoint two full-time female coaches.

Maral Javadifar, a physical therapist who served her residency at Virginia Commonwealth University, will join the Buccaneers as the assistant strength and conditioning coach.

Lori Locust comes on as assistant defensive line coach, after spending time with the Alliance of American Football and National Arena League, as well as interning with the Baltimore Ravens.

Head coach Bruce Arians is pleased with the decision, calling them "great additions" and noting, "I know how hard it can be to get that first opportunity to coach at the highest level of professional football."

Which other sports and teams are making outreaches to having women on the coaching staffs?
