The 2019 NBA All-Star Game is almost set to tip off in Charlotte, North Carolina and the list of hip-hop heavyweight performers is starting to take shape with J Cole and Meek Mill tapped for headlining detail. Meek will be the opening act for the All-Star team court introductions, and J Cole will perform during halftime of the game. Other artists taking part in the game day festivities will be Carly Rae Jepsen singing the Canadian National Anthem and Anthony Hamilton, a Charlotte native, singing the U.S. National Anthem.
