Tekashi 6ix9ine Expected To Be Re-Sentenced In 2015 Child Sex Crime Case

It’s been reported that Tekashi 6ix9ine will be re-sentenced to time served next week for posting a video online of a 13-year-old girl involved in a sex act, according to sources from #ThePost.

The rapper was not in the closed-door conference on Friday (Nov. 30) with Justice Felicia Mennin, prosecutors and his defense lawyer when the decision was made. He’s been in federal custody since he was indicted earlier this month on racketeering and firearms charges.ㅤㅤ

Tekashi got lucky and was able to avoid prison time for the sex caseback in October. Instead, he was given 4 years of probation. But now he may have to face that case once again, which will affect his latest racketeering, drugs, and guns case.

ㅤㅤAssistant DA Sara Weiss had argued to the Manhattan Supreme Court that the rapper had violated his sweetheart plea deal by getting re-arrested twice and joining a gang during the probationary period. Looks like Tekashi could be in jail long term forreal now.
