Remembering Mac Miller + Throwback Freestyle

Tragic news broke today that Mac Miller has passed away in his Studio City home.  TMZ first reported that the 26-year old rapper died of an overdose. Many celebrities and fans alike are devastated by this news.  Mac was known to be a humble and respected person on and off the stage.  

Big Boy took to his social media to say "I’ve been praying for Mac. You wanna see good people make it out of whatever darkness they’re in. It hurts my heart to see this good dude, gone. Just saw him and he made sure he came over to me to say “Hello”. I’ll remember #MacMiller just like this pic. Rest In Paradise, Fam."

In an interview on Big Boy's Neighborhood, Mac talked about how he graduated from a successful independent career.  He wanted to be known for the quality of his music and not just his hustle.
