Raiders Hire First Female Asisstant Coach ...

This is HUGE! Shout out The Raiders for hiring the FIRST-ever female strength and conditioning assistant coach in it's franchise history. As reported by Radiers.com 'Kelsey Martinez joins the club having spent the last four years at Tom Shaw Performance while specializing in high performance training".

26 year old Kelsey Martinez a native of Pueblo, Colorado, a Chicana whom attended Colorado State University for a bachelor degree in exercise science. Did I mention she's LATINA .....

It's rare to see women in The NFL's coaching squads. Recently, Kathryn Smith (Bills) and Katie Sowers (49ers) became full-time staff employees. Bravo to these women for paving the way & being a inspiration to all the women of the future in sports, etc.
