For starters, I'm such a huge Kanye West because he's the man who helped my build my confidence. He didn't personally sit down and help me, but his music and his words have helped build my confidence. So I'll forever be thankful for him and his music.
June was such a big month for him...he dropped 5 albums that he was working on including two of his own projects.
On his album Ye, there was a song title I Thought About Killing You, a song that a lot of people had questions about. Was he talking about himself or did he mean something else by this?
Well, he cleared it up in a recent series of tweets.
He did want to take his own life at one point.
I saw the Alexander McQueen documentary and I connected with his journey. I know how it feels to want to take your life back into your own hands even if it means taking your own life.— KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) July 27, 2018
He had those thoughts, but something stopped him.

How to NOT kill yourself pt 1— KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) July 27, 2018
Avoid being around people who make you want to kill yourself
If you're ever going through a tough time, remind yourself that it's not always going to be this way. We all have our own set of ups and downs, but it's not always going to be that way. Like Kanye said, avoid being around people who make you want to kill yourself. The negative people are the ones you don't need. Find people who make you happy or find ONE person who makes you happy.
If you ever need a friend, we're here for you!
