Ladies and Gentlemen, we thought we had seen it all until a racist woman performs a CITIZENS ARREST on a Mexican family, when she saw them driving In her neighborhood! It's disgusting!

Racist people are so funny (not ha-ha funny) to me.... it's as if they live in a different universe or in fact a different world! How can you be cruel to people you don't know just based off their ethnicity and race?
