Woman Suing Flower Company After Vase Explodes In Her Hand, Slices A Tendon

Ouch!

Martha Nippert claims she suffered a "severe and debilitating laceration of a tendon in her middle finger" when a flower-filled vase delivered to her home shattered in her hands, and now she's suing the flower company, according to TMZ.

It's so bad that she'll probably never regain full range of motion, according to her surgeon. Since she's a professional illustrator and designer, Nippert will be unable to work. And that's not all. The woman has a newborn child that she's now unable to nurse due to the pain meds she's been prescribed.
