Biggie & Faith Evans' Son To Drop Album Later This Year

2017 Billboard Music Awards - Press Room

Christopher Jordan Wallace, Notorious B.I.G. and Faith Evans' 20-year-old, is about to drop his debut album and we're so excited!

Mini-Biggie played a young version of his father in the 2009 Notorious biopic and has quite a bit of other experience as an actor, but this will be one of the first times we see Christopher's rapping skills. He says of the pressure of being Biggie's son that it's just "fuel" for him.

"At a young age I always knew I wanted to do music, it was inevitable. My family have always had my back, whatever I've wanted to do they've supported. They were always giving me advice on what to do and how to go about things."

Christopher has been in the studio for months now, alongside his younger half-brother Joshua Jahad Russaw. Together they're known as CJ and Jahad.

Along with the album, which is said to drop later this year, has also been working on his own film project which focuses on Autism. "A lot of people don't understand [the issue]," he said in a recent interview with the Evening Standard. "I want to bring awareness to that, and special needs in general."
