Always be careful what you because you never know who's watching and recording!
An officer accused a man for resisting and although it doesn't seem like the cop was going to arrest him, the man wouldn't put his window down. The officer lost it when he refused to put his window down and literally broke his window!
We're not pointing fingers and saying one or the other is wrong since we can't hear the audio too clearly and we're not sure what really happened, but the cop seems a bit too extra. Times like that the cop could've possibly given him a ticket or used another method.
