He's been trying to get at her since he moved on from Kim Kardashian in 2014 after she got married to Kanye West, making a public declaration on Twitter.
Embiid's advances have so far proven to be unsuccessful, but that's not stopping him from continuing his RiRi quest 3 years later!
TMZ caught up with the NBA player and he made sure to shoot another shot at Rihanna while on camera...
He loves you, Rihanna! Can't you see that?!
