This is what he gets? If you do go out and do pranks you better be ready for those reactions because not everyone is raised the same way. There is no such thing as trying to do a prank and not getting touched because it does not fly out in public like that. I am just surprised the guy didn't knock that dude out for holding on to his hair for so long. I am pretty sure it was self defense once he put his hands on him but still doesn't make it right to prank someone like that.
