A new lawsuit against StockX says that Nike claims they purchased four pairs of counterfeit shoes on the platform. However StockX promises to sell only markets authentic sneakers and seeks to add counterfeiting claims to current lawsuit.
The company asked a federal judge for permission to add counterfeit claims and false advertisement as Stock X claims to sell sneakers that are “100% authentic.” During a court filing on Tuesday, Nike said they purchased four counterfeit pairs of sneakers from the platform despite the sneakers providing the authenticity tag and receipt.
