Fox News reports that popular TikTokker, Damaury Mikula, 18, was arrested this past Friday after he did a “burnout” and smoked his tires in his Dodge Challenger in Pesco County around 10:30 a.m. Mikula ran a red light and started the high-speed chase and didn’t pull over when a trooper flashed sirens at him. Florida Highway Patrol clocked him in at over 100 mph.
WFLA reported that Mikula was arrested “nearly immediately” without incident at his home, but not before he decided to tell the trooper that he makes $400,000-$450,000 per year....like that matters.
“Mr. Mikula advised his state of mind was that he is young, makes a lot of money, and has a fast car and he can do whatever he wants,” trooper W. Kelly told the outlet.
