This dramatic video comes from Tunisia. According to reports the family of the little girl decided to head out to the beach to enjoy the warm weather. The 18 month old was in a floating device and her parents got distracted for a moment and because of strong winds the little girl was pushed further and further away. When her parents realized she was missing they alerted authorities and a search began.
A man on a jet ski was able to find the little girl a mile away from the beach. He said she was distressed but unharmed which is such a miracle. They are so lucky the floating device didn't flip over, thank goodness she's ok.
