LA County closed all beaches throughout the county today due to potential dangers of lightning strikes.
Beaches from Zuma to Marina del Rey were forced to close as a precaution. The county is also asking Angelenos to avoid going into the ocean because of harmful to bacteria, chemicals, debris, and trash from the recent storm.
The water advisory will remain in effect through Monday morning.
