Justin Combs, son of Diddy, was busted for operating a jet ski more than 30 minutes after sunset in Miami & that is against the law in Miami.
To make matters worse ... he was also cited for not wearing a life jacket. He had 2 passengers with him and they were also not wearing a life jacket..
This all happened only days after his 27th birthday. What a bummer ...
He was issued multiple citations and towed back to land.
