Nationwide eviction moratoriums end in January.
There is a small possibility lawmaker could pass a scaled-down stimulus bill when they return on November 30th.
But many think that is not likely.
Even if a bill is passed, it could still be months before it reaches homes. After the first stimulus bill was passed in the Spring, it took 1-3 months for most Americans to receive it.
