This little kid needs to be in every single NFL Teams locker room before the game. Specially my Chargers, we need some motivation in the locker room specially in the 2nd half. I love this little kid and for those who have never witnessed a little league football game need to witness it. I love how they pump each other up and the coaches treat them like they are pros. It's kinda crazy, Coaches scream and yell at them and the kids never cry. It really does teach these kids discipline but then there is those who don't like the physical contact at an early age. This kid right here tho, is a true teammate!
