Many people took to the streets to celebrate the Dodgers winning the World Series! Sadly not all of the celebrations ended well.
According to reports two men were killed in Sylmar, cars gathered at Polk and Glenaoks blvd. Apparently at one point two men with baseball bats smashed the window of a nearby car and that lead to an altercation between the two men and people in the crowd. Some of the crowd chased the men and there was a shooting. Two people were hit by bullets and taken to the hospital but sadly passed away from their injuries.
It wasn't clear if they were the men who had committed the initial vandalism or what involvement they had in the incident.
