Gerald the turkey has been attacking residents in Oakland, especially older frail women for the last five months.
After many complaints, a wildlife expert that posed as an older frail woman lured him with snacks, including blueberries, kibble and sunflower seeds.
Now that Gerald the aggressive turkey has been captured, he's off to being released onto wild land where he can continue his activities away from older women.
In his defense, maybe he could sense November around the corner and was just trying to stay alive.
