It's been over ten years since Chris Brown was banned from the U.K. following his 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna.
However, a fan known as Represent London on Twitter was sitting at a table and filmed the singer and his on-again-off-again boo Ammika Harris and their son, entering the restaurant "Novikov" in Mayfair yesterday. Breezy's footage made the rounds quickly on Twitter, and fans lost it.
One fan on Twitter wrote, "How is Chris Brown in London, and I haven't been alerted yet?"
Another Twitter fan wrote, "I'm about to start walking around central London until I bump into Chris Brown."
