L.A. Mayor Garcetti Calls For More Furloughs of Thousands of City Workers

It's been a little over a month since we were given the "safer-at-home" orders and it's been extended until May 15, as of now. We all know that this could easily change if things don't get better.

While delivering the State of the City address on Sunday Los Angeles Mayor, Eric Garcetti, called for more furloughs in the city. He said that he feels the city his under attack with the coronavirus pandemic, "we are not broken, nor will we ever be."

I wish there was a way were we could just pause bills, it only seems right.
