About a week ago TV Host and Journalist Chris Cuomo tested positive for Corona Virus, unlike some other celebs that we've seen he was NOT asymptomatic. So he went through all the sympstoms. Thankfully he didn't end up having to go to the hospital but he still went through some hard nights!
He recently made a video that involved giving advice on how to beat the virus!
Obviously every person is different and a lot of people have experienced different symptoms but this isn't the first time that I've heard moving and taking deep breaths is very helpful. Hopefully this helps someone out there! Sending good vibes to Chris and everyone who has been hit with this virus! We will get through this!!
