Couple Uses Lawnmower, GPS to Create Giant Grass Mural Of Kobe Bryant

A California couple has created what has to be the biggest Kobe Bryant memorial around.

To see it, you'll have to get on a plane though.

Using a robotic lawnmower-like machine and GPS software, they were able to mold a 115-foot long, 92-foot wide mural of the late-NBA superstar into the grass at a park in Pleasanton.

"This tragedy came as a huge surprise. He was an amazing person, amazing family man and an amazing athlete," said Kelli Pearson, adding that she and her husband, Pete Davis, are both big Kobe fans.

According to the New Ground Technology website, the design will last 1-2 days. Which other fan tributes to Kobe have you seen?
