I feel like as humans, we all get anxiety. Sometimes it's worse than other times while there may be times were it doesn't bother you at all.
I can only imagine how much anxiety I would get if I were to be in Justin Bieber's shoes, there's just a lot on him and a lot of random people are always coming at him.
What I love about Bieber is that he's been pretty open about his anxiety and he's shared some of his journey with his fans including some advice from his grandmother.
She shared a few tips with him, hopefully it can help you.
