Are Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott about to get married?
According to TMZ, probably not "because Kim and Khloe are not going to join on the trip." They went on to write, "Marriage is certainly in the cards ... just not on this trip, we're told."
So why the wedding dress?

So she's flying out to Italy and getting on $250 million mega-yacht, "Tranquility" to kick off her 22nd birthday celebration! The yacht is the size of a football field and fits 22 guest + 29 crew members.
