I hope this man gets the help that he needs because something didn't seem right, he didn't seem like he was trying to hurt anybody. It just looks like he's not in the right state of mind or something really bad happened.
Whatever the case is, I'm just glad that no one was hurt and I hope he gets the help he needs.
