How is taking a mother away from her family helping ANYONE?!

The video above shows a mother of 2 being taken into custody by ICE agents in the middle of the street in Echo Park.

Alicia Rivera and her son, her neighbor, tried to help by attempting to block the SUV from leaving with her neighbor in the backseat. That didn't stop them but the whole thing was caught on camera. She kept asking the officers for an arrest warrant signed by a judge,
