Officer Elbows Handcuffed Woman To The Face

Officer Matthew Lambert is currently on paid administrative leave from his position in the Moorhead Police Dept.

The video above shows Officer Lambert elbow Jennifer Thomas in the head after she spit at him. According to reports, Thomas was being treated in the Emergency Dept. room. You then see her being forced down with a nurse and another officer in the room.

Thomas ended up with a fractured nose and a contusion to her right eye after the officer elbowed her face.

As for officer Lambert, a prosecutor asked for the assault charges to be dismissed because he believes Lambert was following his training protocol.
