Nipsey Hussle's Family Wins Custody Of His 10-Year-Old Daughter Emani

Nipsey Hussle’s family won in court on Monday after a hearing over the custody of his 10-year-old daughter Emani.

Tanisha Foster squared off against Nipsey’s sister, Samantha, who filed documents to continue to care for Emani.

Emani has been with Samantha since the death of Nipsey in March.

Nipsey’s family feels that Tanisha isn’t fit to care for Emani and the court agreed to award custody to Samantha.

Foster’s lawyer, Larry Lewellyn, told TMZ that another court date will happen in July to establish visitation between Foster and Emani.

Tanisha left the courtroom crying and says she’s “pissed off,” she’s currently wanted and has a warrant for her arrest from a 2017 DUI case and has a long rap sheet, including arrests going back to 2006.

A heart wrenching situation when you realize how senselessly her father was taken away, sending nothing but love, light, and peace to Emani Asghedom.
