For the past few years The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show was usually a big event that you'd watch on TV! Mainly because the models were beautiful and the music guests were HUGE! Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Maroon 5, The Weeknd and more have performed. HOWEVER the last show had the lowest ratings EVER!
So what is Victoria's Secret going to do?! They will NOT air the show this year and they will go back to the drawing board and switch some things up! This is what VS said
"Fashion is a business of change. We must evolve and change to grow. With that in mind, we have decided to re-think the traditional Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show."
Honestly, I use to LOVE VS and I still love a lot of their stuff, but I can't give my money to a company that sells sizes for full body women but don't show them in their shows! I'm not saying to NOT show overly skinny girls, BUT I think you should show off all body sizes!
Last year the Chief Executive Marketing Director explained why VS doesn't include plus size models and trans models in their show. I really think that really hurt the company! A couple months ago they announced that the company would be closing 53 stores.
And now the show is ending?! Hmmmm, VS better start re-thinking a LOT of things if they want to continue!
