Lil Wayne decided NOT to perform at Rolling Loud Miami because Miami police insisted that he be frisked and go through a "mandatory security check". Wayne apologized to his fans on Twitter saying "I do not and will not ever settle for being policed to do my job." He then told the fans they could still see him at the Rolling Loud afterparty at Story nightclub. Lil Wayne was the second Rolling Loud artist to not perform at Rolling Loud Miami, Kodak Black was arrested prior to his set.
