The surrogate for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West has given birth.
Kim and Ye's fourth child is a baby boy. Kim tweeted Friday, "He's here and he's perfect."
While she did not reveal a name, she said the baby boy is a twin to their daughter, Chicago.
