XXXTentacion’s mother, Cleopatra Bernard is trying to block Jenesis Sanchez from obtaining the late rapper’s DNA to prove paternity of their child, Gekyume.
Since the documents are sealed on the case it’s unknown why Bernard is trying to block the DNA from being released to Sanchez.
Bernard was the first person to announce that Sanchez was pregnant with X’s baby, shortly after he was murdered last June.
Sanchez filed documents where she stated that she and X lived together and had sexual relations and although they weren’t married and no one is questioning paternity, Sanchez says she just wants concrete proof that XXXTentacion is the father of Gekyume.
