What Was Beyonce's Diet To Get Ready For Coachella?!

As you know Beyoncé had to cancel her Coachella performance in 2017 because she unexpectedly got pregnant. Thankfully she came back to KILL it in 2018 and she looked amazing. While watching her Netflix Special Homecoming: A Film by Beyoncé we get a behind the scenes look at what went into Beyonce getting ready for the huge performance!

4 months of musical rehearsals and then 4 months of dance rehearsals! Beyonce revealed that she was 218 pounds when she gave birth to Rumi and Sir and then reveals how she lost the baby weight and got back into shape!

And her diet sounded crazy, listen to the list of things she didn't eat, BREAD, CARBS, SUGAR, DAIRY, MEAT, FISH AND ALCOHOL!

After she listed everything she wasn't eating she says "I'm hungry!"

Awww I'm hungry too just hearing her talk about it! But seriously, her Coahcella performance looked so effortless and now we get to really see how much hard work and sacrifice went into pulling it off!
