9-Year-Old Nipsey Hussle Wrote About The Meaning Of Friendship

It's been a tough week for LA and cities across the country after the tragic death of Nipsey Hussle.

We lost a real one but Nipsey Hussle will live on forever!

It's beautiful to see how many people loved him, appreciated him, and valued him.

His music changed lives. His words changed lives. His kindness changed lives and he will continue to change lives.

Something interesting I came across online was a tweet from Nipsey Hussle's elementary school friend. He shared some poetry Nipsey wrote as a child that was published in the school's yearbook.

The tweet that came from his childhood friend read: "So it turns out that @NipseyHussle was my friend Ermias from elementary school. Sad we lost touch and even sadder to learn of his tragic passing. Here are some yearbook pics and a short essay he wrote on the meaning of friendship at age 9."

He's also been the kindest.

Nipsey Hussle forever. His legacy will live on.
