Boulder, Colorado police confronted a man who was picking up trash on HIS FRONT LAWN when police confronted him ready to shoot!
ON HIS OWN FRONT LAWN.
According to a reports, a Boulder police officer, who remains unnamed at the moment, observed a man sitting in a partially enclosed patio area behind a "private property" sign at 2333 Arapahoe Ave. at 8:30 a.m. Friday and asked if the man was allowed to be there.
The incident started when one of the officers saw the man sitting close to a patio behind a “private property” sign.
Authorities say the man told the officer he lived and worked in the building, and gave the officer an identification card, but the officer detained the man.
The officer who instigated the incident has now been placed on administrative leave.
