UPDATE 2:44PM According to TMZ Jussie Smollett is now "officially classified as a suspect" in a criminal investigation for filing a false police report. If Smollett is charged for the felony he is looking at a maximum 3 year prison sentence.
The brothers who claim that Jussie Smollett hired them to stage the alleged "attack" were caught on surveillance camera buying the items they used during the incident.
The items included ski masks, gloves, bandanas, sunglasses and red hats. Check it out below:
