An Horizon Airline employee stole an empty passenger plane from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on last night and performed stunts in the sky before crashing an hour later.

The employee, Richard Russell, was a ground services worker for Horizon Air, and only 29 years old had died in the crash.

The 76 passenger seat airliner was captured on video doing giant loops and other risky stunts.

An hour after the unauthorized takeoff the plane crashed on Ketron Island about 40 miles away from the airport.

No one on the ground was harmed and no buildings were damaged, but Seattle-Tacoma International Airport flights were delayed due to the incident.
