Disney has picked up a live-action fairy tale film about an African princess called, Sadé.The tale will be about young Sadé, and her kingdom that's threatened by evil. She uses her powers to protect her people and save her kingdom.
This will mark the first time that an original Disney princess tale will have an African female for the lead. The animated tale The Princess and the Frog, back in 2009 featured the first Black princess.
